Do you repair your jewelry?
Repair services for damaged and worn jewelry are provided upon request. You may come by the store or contact us with your repair needs.
When shipping an item, please package securely and be sure to print and include our "Repair” form (included below) with your jewelry.
Upon receipt and review of your item, we will contact you with an estimate of cost and time needed to complete your repair.
We do our best to satisfy our customers, but depending on the condition and age, some pieces may be harder to repair.
Do you do repairs? A: Only on my work.
Is this jewelry made of silver? A: yes
Do you only sell here in the store? A-Yes, and online through my website.
Can I return this? A- Within 14 Days, for store credit.
Can I get a refund? A- No, but we offer store credit within 14 days.
How can I know what size I wear? A- Check with a local jewelry store.
Do you fix non silver jewelry? A- No.
How log I’ve you been doing this A-20 years.
Is this silver nickel free? A-Yes. Nickel is what people are usually allergic to.
Do you make this jewelry? A -Yes, everything.
Do you cast? A-No, only custom handmade, one of a kind.
Will this last long? A-With proper handling and care, our jewelry pieces last a lifetime.
